Datsun Redi Go Likely to Launch by 7th of June

The most anticipated compact car by Nissan likely to be launched in the finally in the June 7th2016.

The car Datsun Redi Go has already created a buzz among the car buyer and is expected to be priced very competitively in the market. Nissan with its low cost car brand Datsun is expecting to revive the sales in the market by launching its ambitious low cost car Redi Go . The company currently have a small share in the passenger car market in India.

The Redi Go by Datsun is powered by 800 CC engine which delivers 54 PS of power and 72 Nm of torque. The mileage of the car as claimed by the ARAI is rated at 25.17 Km/L. The ground clearance of the car is highest in the segment at 185mm. The Redi Go ideally gets a  13 inch wheel but No alloy wheel options available even in the higher models.

In terms looks, the exterior seems to be aesthetically designed and likely to appeal the young crowd and the first time buyers. The design of the car will have a competitive advantage over other. The built quality of the car is of average but suits the segment where the market is highly competitive and obsessed about the price.

Interiors of the Redi- Go is very basic with Air Conditioning system placed in the Dash Board along with a Music System with AUX and USB options empaneled in it. The car is Grey in colour in terms interiors and is most fitted to accommodate four people comfortably. The boot space of the Redi Go is 222 litres and is good enough to accommodate medium sized luggage. In terms of safety the top end version gets a Driver side Airbag but no ABS.

The competitors of Redi Go in this segment will be Renault Kwid, Maruti alto 800, Tata Nano and Hyundai Eon.

The expected price range of the car is in the range of 2.5 lakhs to 3.5 lakhs. Nissan undoubtedly would like to place the car in a very competitive price to take on it counterpart and gain a good volume in terms of sales in the market.
